A fire has gutted the Gold Coast home of country music legend Adam Brand. Firefighters arrived at the Maudsland home around midday to find flames "well involved" in the rear of the building. Part of the roof collapsed during the blaze, Queensland Fire and Emergency said. All residents of the house were safe and no injuries were reported, QFES said. Emergency services had extinguished the fire by 12.45pm but the cause is being investigated. Mr Brand, a 12-time Golden Guitar winning singer-songwriter, has two children aged one and four-years-old although it's not clear if they were at the Maudsland home when the fire broke out.
