Flood claimed silver after losing 77-64 to Victoria in the final but it was a big improvement after being hammered by 41 points against them earlier in the tournament.
Cranston-Lown and NSW were denied a shot at the final by Western Australia but they bounced back well in the bronze medal game with a 79-69 win over Tasmania.
Flood finished with a stat line of 11-4-5 in the final against Victoria - her five assists being a team-high.
She also narrowly missed out on a double in her pool match with Victoria A, shooting 17 points in the thrilling 95-90 win and securing eight rebounds.
Cranston-Lown hit 15 in his tournament opener against the Northern Territory and was almost perfect from the field when shooting 14 against Victoria A.

"I'd never been in a medal match before, and I never thought I would be, but it was especially amazing to be in a gold medal game," Flood said.
"The crowd's bigger for the final, the pressure's up but it's so much fun.
"In the first game against Victoria we were beaten by 40, but that pumped us up to try and beat them and none of us had a doubt that we'd improve from that.
"Throughout the whole final we never had a doubt that we could catch them. It was towards the end where they started to pull away."
Flood now turns her attention towards the upcoming Australian Basketball Association (ABA) season, joining fellow Bathurst players Emily and Sara Matthews in the semi-professional tier.
Nationals were another feather in the cap for Bathurst's Stephen Chapman who refereed the under 20s final.
