Oastler won the opening two rounds of the championship in 2018 and in 2019 he once again won the Esses and Mountain Straight legs.
Bathurst Light Car Club president Mick Tuckey said Oastler is a fantastic driver.
"He's an engineer and has a Formula 1 background. He builds his own cars and he's a master," he said.
"He's the current Australian championship for his particular class."
Oastler, inside his OMS 28, finished first on Saturday, in the Esses leg, finishing ahead of Dean Amos and Dean Tighe in second and third respectively.
His time of 37.69 seconds was over two seconds faster than his closest competitive.
On the Sunday, Oastler's best time was 21.71 seconds, finishing ahead of Tighe and Amos in s
econd and third respectively.
Bathurst was represented by six drivers - Martin McLoughlin, Matt Windsor, David Wrightson, Gerard Gotch, Geoff Fry and Jose Abreu - while there were another five members of the Bathurst Light Car Club competing - Chris Weir (Dubbo), Karen Wilson (Georgetown), Theo Poteris (Georgetown), David Williams (Muswellbrook) and Warren Possie (Panania).
Across the two days, it was virtually a trouble free day.
"Saturday was a trouble free day and it was that smooth, I thought there was something wrong," Tuckey said.
"Again on Sunday, it was trouble free. There were a few flat tyres but we had no serious accidents.
"Mountain Straight is our biggest concern when we run them because when we have an incident, it takes so long to recover it."
Across the two days there were five new categories - Group 2A Open/Closed Sports 4W, Historic Group U, Historic Group Va, Multi-club over 2000cc and Time Attack Open 4WD.
Bathurst Light Car Club member Karen Wilson recorded the fastest women's time on each day, with club member Riley McQueen the fastest junior across both days.
Phil Heafey set a new record in the Group 3D Sports Sedans over 30, his time of 45.13 seconds beating the old record of 45.53 seconds.
James Pearson's time of 26.56 seconds beat the old record of 26.69 seconds in the Group 2B Prodsports over 1600c.
The Bathurst Light Car Club will now prepare itself to host the Australian Hillclimb Championship from November 1 to 3, an event the club has hosted in recent years.
