The early voting centre will be open for three weeks ahead of the election on Saturday, May 18.
The centre has returned to the old Clancy Motors site at 250 Howick Street - the same place early voting was held for the last local government election in 2017.
But early voting for the state election in March this year was moved to a site on Bentinck Street, drawing criticism over a lack of parking and wheelchair access.
The Howick Street centre is fully wheelchair accessible.
The early voting centre will be open from Monday-Friday this week, Monday-Saturday next week and Monday-Friday in week three.
There are seven candidates contesting the seat of Calare (in ballot order): Sam Romano for the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers; Shuyi Chen for the Christian Democratic Party; Labor's Jess Jennings; Beverley T. Cameron for the United Australia Party; the Nationals' Andrew Gee; the Liberal Democrats' Stephen Bisgrove; and The Greens' Stephanie Luke.
