The fundraiser - called HOPE - will be held at BoxGrove on May 11 and organisers are set a fundraising target of $50,000, which would match last year's total raised.
All funds raised on the night will go directly to Daffodil Cottage - like last year - which will be used to purchase high cost treatment drugs for patients battling cancer.
Fourteen different people were able to purchase potential life-saving drugs thanks to money raised at last year's fundraising event.
And on Saturday night, there will be an auction, raffles, fundraising games, food and music, with the venue able to cater more than 200 people.
One of the event organisers and BoxGrove partner, Ben Fry, said tickets are still on sale for the fundraiser, but people who plan to attend the event are encouraged to buy them in advance.
"Now's the time to get them," he said.
"You can order them online but you can also buy them at the door, but there'll only be a limit amount of tickets at the door."
Businesses in the Bathurst community have already shown their strong support for the fundraiser, with more about 50 donating prizes for the auction on the night or by making a donation.
"We've had quite a few different businesses come on board," he said.
"We know people want to give and donate, especially to what is a well respected organisation.

"We raised $50,000 last year and we want to smash that total again. We're well on our way to hit our target on the night."
The inaugural HOPE event was held back in 2017 and managed to raise $7800.

Tickets are $90 each and can be purchased online at www.hopebathurst.com.
The evening gets underway at 5.30pm.
