Police confirmed one of the assailants was armed with a metal bar when they stormed into the premises demanding cash from a female staff member.
Chifley Police District crime manager, Chief Inspector Luke Rankin, said two males, wearing dark clothing, who also had their faces covered, burst into the property and threatened staff before making off with a quantity of cash and a phone.
The first man has been described as being about 190cm tall, and of a medium build.

The second man has been described as being 190cm tall and of a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black top and pants with a black sock on his head.
He said the two then left the property in a small red car, which was driven by a third man. It was last seen leaving the area travelling north along Limekilns Road.
Police have appealed to anyone who may have been travelling in the area, particularly on Pymonts Lane and the Sofala Road between 12.45pm and 1.30pm on Thursday, who may have noticed something or have dash-cam footage to make contact with Bathurst Detectives on 6332 8699 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Information can be given anonymously.
