Many shops have had to reevaluate their business set-up due to strict Federal Government restrictions to prevent the spread of coronavirus, with many eateries moving to takeaway only.
Legall Patisserie is one of those businesses in Keppel Street that remains open and owner Hannah Legall said trade hasn't been too bad.
"It's not the worst it can be. We're just lucky that we already had takeaway set up," she said.
"We have lost that sit down trade but it's probably affected the staff more.
"We're so lucky that a lot of our loyal customers have been supporting us."
Ms Legall said she's been encouraging customers to support not just her business but the neighbouring ones on Keppel Street too.
"We've been encouraging people to shop around in Keppel Street," she said.
"Have a morning coffee at the Hub, have a sweet from us, have lunch at Al Dente and get dinner from Vine and Tap or Dogwood.
"We need everyone open for people to want to want to come down to Keppel Street."
Legall's opening hours have been revised, opening from Tuesday to Saturday from 9am-2pm.
