Voting is set to close at 5pm on Friday, May 8, with voting open to all Local Land Services rate-payers.
While voting is not compulsory, Mr Fry is encouraging those that can vote to request a pack to do so as soon as possible.
"You have an opportunity to help shape the agency that drives the direction of agriculture and land management in our region," he said.
One of Mr Fry's key interests is the pivotal roll he believes Local Land Services can play in helping landholders post-coronavirus.
"The value of regional NSW, specifically the Central Tablelands and Central West will be fully recognised as we start to return to normal," he said.
"Never before has there been more of a focus on a buy and visit regional ethos in the conversations of city-folk.
"I predict that our regions will get an influx of visitors and demand for product from metropolitan centres.
"People will come to stay and spend money in our towns and villages following a huge 'buy local, visit regional' message being embodied by both Federal and State Governments as well as the private sector."
