A man has been injured in a machinery incident at a mine near Mudgee on Sunday morning.

A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said that the man's arm was caught in a piece of machinery and injured as a result.
It is understood the incident occurred at a Moolarben Coal mine site.
ALSO MAKING NEWS:
A Glencore spokesperson confirmed that they received a request on Saturday to allow a helicopter to land at the Ulan Mine complex to facilitate transport of an injured worker.
They were subsequently advised, however, that the site had been contacted by mistake.
A spokesperson for Toll said the call was to provide "immediate and critical care for a male patient".
Police also confirmed that the incident is being investigated by WorkCover.
