That's an increase of 0.5 per cent from the previous week, with recent rain across the region welcomed but not enough to tip the city's main water supply over the 40 per cent mark.
The dam is currently sitting at its highest level since November, 2019, when the dam level was just over 40 per cent.
Compared to the same date last year, the dam was at a slightly higher level of 44 per cent.
There's an extremely minimal chance of rain this week, but Weatherzone's 28-day rainfall forecast indicates Bathurst may have a good chance of rain towards the end of next week.
A high chance of rain is forecast for July 22 and July 24 is forecast.
There's also a medium chance of rain in between on July 23.
