The event has managed to return to a somewhat normal atmosphere after it was put on hold for four months in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
And with December typically a busy month for the market, manager Paul Haysom said attendees can expect a host of Christmas goodies.
"There will be plenty of eggs, I'm hoping to have a smoked meats man there too, there will be plenty of produce well suited to any Christmas lunch," Mr Haysom said.
"We're also expecting a sourdough bread man, a lavender stall, and a stallholder with a fine selection of pies."
Mr Haysom said the market is entering a purple patch as far as local produce is concerned, with the year's favourable rainfall starting to have a flow-on effect on crop production.
"We're starting to recover from the effects of the drought, as our stallholders have been able to replenish their produce thanks to the fantastic rain we've had this year," he said.
"As a result, we expect the January market [to be held on January 23] to be another busy occasion."
The Farmers' Market will take place at the Bathurst Showground this Saturday from 8am.
