Churches across NSW were prevented from singing last Easter during the coronavirus pandemic and, in fact, congregations were not allowed to sing without a face mask until the easing of restrictions on March 28.
C3 Bathurst will have both a service on Good Friday and Easter Sunday, with both starting at 9.30pm, and the church's senior minister Pastor Jeff Lloyd is keen to welcome people.
"Churches are open this Easter. The welcome mat is out, coffee is on and singing is back," he said.

"At C3 Bathurst, Easter celebrations are on Good Friday and Easter Sunday, both at 9.30am in the new premises at 217 Howick Street.
"C3 services are contemporary in style with people from all age brackets and awesome coffee! Services are also live-streamed through their YouTube channel."
Pastor Lloyd said Easter is a celebration of good over evil.
"Easter is a celebration of life over death, goodness over evil, healing over sickness, abundance over poverty, forgiveness over betrayal, community over loneliness and purpose over meaninglessness," he said.
"This was what Jesus purchased for people through his sacrificial death on a cross and bodily resurrection 2000 years ago. He gives us the possibility of life without fear, a life filled with the empowering presence of God every day - then into eternity.
"Churches across the city will be sharing this message in a variety of ways over the weekend."
Pastor Lloyd said the past year has been challenging but said Easter deals with those problems.
"I can get a bit down about world events at the moment, like we've got churches in Myanmar," he said.
"So it's not just COVID related. There's so many issues in the world but Easter deals with that."
C3 Church can cater for up to 120 people, with numbers being consistent every week. People can few services online via YouTube if they can't attend.
