The unsuspecting winner has taken out first prize in this morning's Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1533 but the entry was unregistered and lotteries officials have not been able to make contact with them.

The winning entry was purchased at Kelso Newsagency in the Centrepoint Shopping Plaza on Boyd Street and team member Sally Curry said she hoped the winner discovered their life-changing news soon.

"We are thrilled for the winner. I hope they check their ticket soon.
"We have many customers come through; I'm trying to put my thinking cap on who it could be.
"Good luck! We hope they come forward some time soon."
