That's because after Saturday's 7-2 hiding away to Orana Spurs they have to pick themselves back up for this Wednesday night's rescheduled clash against Orange Waratahs.
A horror 20-minute period leading up to half-time in Saturday's clash saw Panorama slip from nil-all out to 4-0 in the blink of an eye.
While the Goats were able to put together a much more competitive second half of football they were fighting a losing battle in Dubbo - a battle that could prove to be the death knell to their finals hopes.
It's a tough turnaround from last season's campaign where Panorama won both their games against Spurs, a result that's been flipped on its head in 2021.
"We didn't execute what we wanted to do. They were great but we made a lot of mistakes in key areas and played way too direct. We spoke about being compact and hard to break down, and we couldn't have been any more opposite to that," Panorama coach Brent Osborne said.
"If you do that against a team like Orana, who are clinical and get forward in numbers, then you're asking for trouble. That's unfortunately what happened."
The result is even tougher for Panorama to take considering that they came out firing from the opening whistle.
Chance creation was at its best during the opening 20 minutes for the visitors and then did a great job keeping Spurs opportunities to a minimum.
However, once Orana found their opening goal from a corner the rest of the first half turned catastrophic for Panorama.
"From there it blew out to 4-0 quickly before half-time. That last 15 to 20 minutes before half-time really hurt us," Osborne said.
"Once they got that first goal we didn't mark tight enough and we didn't manage the game well."
Panorama have to dust themselves off for another tough outing, this time away to Tahs on Wednesday night.
Even in the face of a big defeat Panorama will still carry a degree of confidence, knowing they can match it with the Orange club on account of their recent high quality clash against them, which ended up going against the Bathurst men 2-1.
Osborne said the Spurs-Tahs games in the space of five days was always going to prove challenging but it's a test he believes the Goats can see out on a high note if they play at their best.
"If we play like we did on Saturday we'll get towelled up again. I know we can tighten things up and get things together again. It's a great squad and a great group of lads and I think we can put in an improved performance," he said.
"Hopefully it will take one good performance against one of the top teams to kick us along but we're really running out of time.
"Tahs are a team who just know how to win. Their core group has been together for quite a few years and they're quite clinical. I don't think they're a team who do anything amazing but they just grind away and know how to stay in games."
