Member for Bathurst Paul Toole has been providing a tally of the city's active cases but adjusted those figures, on the weekend, to reflect the number who had recovered.
The figures were 20 active cases and 19 recovered.
The Delta outbreak reached Bathurst in late August with an initial two cases and daily numbers have ranged from zero new cases to six new cases since then.
The city had a recent run of three days with zero new cases and had zero new cases reported up to 8pm on Saturday.
Bathurst Regional Council's announcement on Sunday afternoon of one of its staff members testing positive, however, is expected to be reflected in the figures released on Monday morning.
