There were also three new cases in Orange, two in Cowra and one each in Wellington and Narromine, with three cases identified as being active in the community while infectious.
There have been no new deaths from COVID-19 recorded across the WNSWLHD and in the past 24 hours, though 12 people have tragically died across the district since the start of the current outbreak.
Meanwhile, new case numbers across NSW continue to fall as the state prepares to come out of lockdown on Monday, October 11.

There were 594 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm last night, bringing the total number of cases in NSW since the beginning of the pandemic is 66,267.
Ten people, seven men and three women, sadly died in the 24-hour period.
One person was in their 40s, one person was in their 60s, four people were in their 70s, two people were in their 80s, and two people were in their 90s.
Five people were from south western Sydney, three people were from western Sydney, one person was from Wollongong and one person was from the Edward River region.
Three people were not vaccinated, four people had received one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, and three people had received two doses.
NSW Health extended its sincere condolences to their loved ones.
There have been 395 COVID-related deaths in NSW since June 16, 2021 and 451 in total since the start of the pandemic last year.
