The drive-through clinic, being run by the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and the local health district, offers first doses of the Pfizer vaccine and will remain at the Mount until Saturday.
Initially, bookings were necessary, but now people can stop by anytime from 10am to 3pm to be vaccinated in their vehicles.
Up to four people can be present in the vehicle for vaccination.
The clinic has been established in Pit Lane.
People who would still prefer to make a booking for a specific time can do so by calling 1800 684 423.
As of October 3, 89.9 per cent of people in Bathurst aged 15 and older had received their first dose, while 67.7 per cent were fully vaccinated.
