BATHURST has recorded a fourth straight day of no new COVID-19 infections but the city has had a new business listed by NSW Health as a venue of concern.

Anyone who visited the Shell Coles Express service station at 59 Durham Street between 11am and 11.30am last Monday, October 11 is considered a casual contact of a known COVID case and must go for a test immediately.
They must then self-isolate until they receive a negative result.
The new venue listing came as Western NSW Local Health District recorded just five new cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm on Saturday with 301 locally acquired cases across the state.

Of the five western NSW cases, three were in Walgett, one in Orange and one in Mudgee. The Orange case was known to be infectious in the community while three cases remain under investigation.
Bathurst's last positive COVID case was recorded in Wednesday's figure but was not infectious in the community.
Meanwhile, NSW Health is reporting the deaths of 10 people with COVID-19 in the past 24 hours - five women and five men.
Two people were in their 50s, two people were in their 60s, two people were in their 70s, three people were in their 80s and one person was in their 90s.
It comes after the state reached an 80 per cent double vaccination rate on Saturday.
Of the health district's latest COVID-19 cases, one one case has been identified as being in the community while infectious, one was not in the community while infectious, three cases remain under investigation.
Additionally, four cases are known to be linked to previously confirmed cases.
There there have been a total of 13 deaths linked to COVID-19 in the WNSWLHD , but no new deaths in the 24 hours to 8pm Saturday.
In that period there were four patients admitted to hospital across WNSWLHD; one is in ICU.
On Monday 11 October, stay-at-home orders were lifted across the state in line with the NSW Government's Roadmap to Recovery. In the last 24 hours, no changes have been made to COVID-19 restrictions.
