They say a picture's worth a thousand words and this certainly rings true for Bill Griffith who has spent the last five years collecting moments in time captured with a click.

Mr Griffith will be bringing his collection of around 100 photos to Bathurst as part of his Australia The Way We Were exhibition.
The event will run from Wednesday November 3 to Friday November 5 at the Gold Panner Motor Inn with Mr Griffith hoping to take it elsewhere also.
"[It's] going back through the history and just letting people take a journey from today's problems back to a less complicated world.
"That's the general purpose of it ... to give people memories."
The collection of photos range from motorcars, to aircrafts and even local celebrities, with the oldest photo dating back to 1870.
Mr Griffith said his biggest regret was not taking more photos throughout his life, an epiphany which led to him collecting photos and creating the exhibition.
"As you get older what have you got? You've got memories," he said.
Mr Griffith is looking forward to the event and hoping people get as much joy out of the photos as he has.
The days will begin at 10am and wrap up at 4.30pm with entry $5 for adults, $3 for pensioners and $2 for children.
