The disability services provider was named the Carillon Business of the Year, a fitting title after being the most represented business at the awards, with six nominations.
Vivability has operated in Bathurst for more than 30 years and was formally known as Interchange.
Business of the Year was not the only award Vivability picked up.
It was also took out the Excellence in Business category, and CEO Nick Packham won Outstanding Business Leader.
