The Bad Hobos and Panorama motorcycle clubs joined forces once again last Saturday to hit the road and collect toys for a good cause: the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal.
"We missed doing a toy run in 2020 due to COVID, so it was great being able to get out there and do it again this year," spokeswoman Rose Hancock said.
The ride started at Bathurst Showground and then headed to the Bridge Hotel, Perthville; Gladstone Hotel, Newbridge; Royal Hotel, Mandurama; Royal Hotel, Carcoar; and finished up at the Royal Hotel, Blayney.
Ms Hancock said the weather was perfect from beginning to end - a welcome change after rainy conditions during previous events.
"Considering how busy the weekend was with so many other events on at the same time, we still managed a good roll-up on the day," she said.
"The number of toys donated was so large we had to return to Perthville after the ride to pick up a second load.

"We also received $1055 in cash donations that will be used to purchase vouchers and items for older age groups.
"It was such a fantastic effort from all involved and we would like to thank everyone who came on the day, donated toys for collection and for all the hotels for the time and effort they also put in to make this Christmas special for many children.
"We are already looking forward to next year."
