Situated 40 minutes from Bathurst off the O'Connell Road, Mayfield Garden will be open from 9am to 3pm every day from December 27 to January 26 for visitors wishing to explore the full 65-hectare estate.
Mayfield's Chris Muldoon said visitors can expect the garden to look as magnificent as ever, helped by this year's substantial rainfall.
"At this time of the year, the garden is normally looking a bit dusty and dry, but it still feels like we're in the middle of spring," Mr Muldoon said.
"The garden is flourishing at the moment; it's green and lush, and the phenomenal rain we've had throughout 2021 has played a major part; I think visitors will be in for a surprise."
Mr Muldoon said the pop-up glamping experience being offered in conjunction with the festival has proven popular among forward bookers, and expects more visitors to take advantage of the attraction in the weeks ahead.
"The tents can fit up to four people and there are packages on offer for couples and families," he said.
"Prices start at $385 for two people, and that includes a three-course meal at our restaurant, and while there's tents still available, we recommend people get in fast."
Mr Muldoon said the predominantly outdoor nature of the festival will provide peace of mind for visitors concerned around the uncertain COVID-19 situation.
"If you're wanting to distance yourself from other people, this is the place to be, as there's 65 hectares of territory to cover," he said.
"I'd also implore visitors to not be turned off by the weather, as the cooler conditions are actually beneficial for people wanting to take a longer walk through the garden."
"January is traditionally a month Australians like to travel, which is why the Summer Festival is an incredibly important event on our annual calendar."
