AN Aston Martin, Mercedes AMG and a MARC II Mustang are most likely out of Sunday's Bathurst 12 Hour after severe crashes in qualifying.

Dubbo's Tyler Everingham was involved in the carnage, being injured in a severe multi-car accident at Skyline in Saturday's qualifying one.
Everingham was thankfully able to get out of the car under his own power, but has sustained a leg injury.
Hitting both inside and outside walls at Skyline after trying to avoid a big incident ahead, the impact completely destroying the #92 MARC II Mustang.
Everingham was left with nowhere to go getting caught up in the aftermath of Cameron McConville's and Sam Shahin's coming together at the top of the mountain.
McConville tapped the back of Shahin's Mercedes AMG, pitching it into the concrete just before Skyline.
The impact destroyed the #777 Mercedes, with the entire right front missing from the car.
Shahin also got out of the car, with the help of Dirk Muller, who stopped his GT4 Mercedes to help.
However, both teams vowed to try and repair their cars for Sunday's race.

Following that, in the opening minutes of qualifying two the Aston Martin driven by Marvin Kirchhoefer backed into the concrete at Sulman Park and flipped onto its roof. He was fortunately okay and got out of the car remarkably under his own power.
McPhillamy Park was a hot spot on Saturday, with both the #2 Audi Sport Team Valvoline car and the #27 Trofeo Motorsport Lamborghini striking trouble at that section of the track.
The Audi with Frederic Vervisch behind the wheel broke its front suspension and Dean Canto's Lamborghini hit the tyre barrier backwards, launching the car up onto the dirt bank. Both spun coming around the corner after suffering quick oversteer.
Amidst the drama, positions have been finalised for the lower classes with Nick Percat securing Invitational class pole position for Sunday's race driving the sister # 91 Scandia MARC II Mustang. Brett Strom also secured the GT4 class pole.
The order for the top ten shootout has also been set with Matt Campbell set to go out last after setting provisional pole with 2.03.4336. Shane van Gisbergen scrapped in with 10th, just a tenth in front of the #7 Bentley.
