After weathering the early period of mass bulk-buyers, the Co-Op has stabilised their supply and is hard at work managing a boom in online orders.
Shop co-ordinator Kiri Armstrong said it's pleasing to see so many people in the community looking to purchase fresh organic produce.
"We've found people have started to really consider their health and wellbeing due to this situation and, as a result, there's been an increase in demand for high-quality organic products," Ms Armstrong said.
"We did experience that same rush for supplies [toilet paper, flour yeast etc.] that hit larger supermarkets, but our stock is starting to stabilise and we're managing to meet demand."
Ms Armstrong said there's a number of easy, healthy meals that people can prepare during these longer periods of downtime.
"As we're moving to the cooler months, soups are becoming popular, but it's a great time for people to get experimental in the kitchen," she said.
"There's so many meals out there to attempt, and we regularly post recipes to our Facebook page."
