Participants need to bring their own smartphone or tablet, as well as any passwords required to access their device.
Library services manager Patou Clerc said increased reliance on technology has been another consequence of COVID-19.
"Whether it's scanning QR codes at a cafe or video-calling family and friends, technology has become an important part of our daily lives," she said.
"However, not everyone is on the same level when it comes to using technology, so our workshops aim to bridge the digital divide in a friendly, informal setting."
Designed for beginners, the technology workshops will be held each month and will cover topics including opening an email account, shopping online, Facebook, video calling and more.
