The business, owned by Vicki Wilson, has been a regular feature at the Royal Bathurst Show for a number of years, providing a hospitable environment for visitors to learn more about rural retail.
Town and Country marketing and advertising manager Maria Kamper said the achievement highlights the business' drive to make everyone feel welcome and included.
"We have over 17 suppliers at the show each year, and they're always keen to support us, which makes our exhibit really special," Ms Kamper said.
"Vicki has been involved in so many different aspects of the show for a number of years, and visitors are drawn to her, so it's always encouraging that many people view us as a trusted brand in the local community."
Ms Kamper said each supplier helps Town and Country promote a detailed cross-section of what to expect during a visit to the Kirkcaldy Street business.
"Each of the supplies provide us with a selection of equipment they sell though our shop, and the staff start setting the exhibit up a week or so prior to the show," she said.
"The sales representatives are always on hand at the show to do quotes, and there's always special show discounts that continue over the next fortnight."
Ms Kamper said the show is a vital avenue for local businesses, and agricultural-based brands in particular, to showcase what they have to offer.
"The show is an opportunity for farmers to take time off from their busy work schedules to show what they've achieved on the land, whether it be sheep and cattle production, fruit and vegetables or equine breeding," she said.
"With the recent drought, and COVID-19 on top of that, the show is a chance to bring these farmers together for constructive conversation, which we, at Town and Country, always look to promote."
"As for visitors who many not venture far past urban areas, it's a chance to see where local produce comes from, how it's made and how it's looked after."
