The CPSA represents pensioners of all ages, superannuants and low-income retirees, and aims to improve the standard of living and well-being of its members and constituents.
The Bathurst branch meets monthly at Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre (BMEC), but its meetings have been limited in recent months due to restrictions introduced during the pandemic.

Now, the group can increae its crowd and open meetings to non-members again from Thursday.
"Now that those restrictions are off, we can have our morning teas as we normally would," secretary Brian Cowan said.
"[Non-members] are quite invited to come along and, if they like what they see and would like to join [the CPSA], it's just $15 per year."
It's a great time for the meetings to get back to normal, as this month the local branch has arranged some important guest speakers.
President John Hollis said people will get to hear from CPSA policy manager Paul Versteege and senior policy advisor Luke Medic.
Both of them are responsible for content that appears in The Voice, the CPSA's monthly news publication.
"What we have is a Zoom-in with the policy advisors in head office and we have five pre-prepared questions that we can put to them," Mr Hollis said.
"... The whole idea of this link is to really reinforce that the CPSA deals with a lot of policy issues and this is to expose [the audience] to that."
The questions will touch on the topics of energy poverty, the reduction in face-to-face services, access to services, discharge from hospital, and abuse and neglect.
Thursday's meeting at BMEC will start at 10am in the theatre.
There is no need to register in advance, but people are asked to arrive a little bit earlier to allow for time to sign in to the venue.
