The latest reading from the dam shows the level is sitting at 53.5 per cent, down 1.3 per cent from the previous week.
There is also 19 per cent less water in storage compared to the same time last year.
While the level hasn't gone over 60 per cent for more than 10 months, it also hasn't dropped below 50 per cent in that time.
Bathurst remains on level three (high) water restrictions, which were imposed in late November.
The restrictions have placed limits on the days of watering, the timing of watering and the duration of watering.
The latest reading from the dam also saw a green level blue green algae alert issued.
Chifley Dam remains open for all recreational activities.
