With the restrictions in place, the club has been unable to go to its usual venue for meetings and has had to turn to technology.
Vice president Merv Tobin said the online meetings are operating as usual, in terms of speech making, the only difference is that members are in different places.
"For people who haven't been involved in online meetings it's a bit of a learning curve, but it's all come together quite well," he said.
Bathurst Toastmasters has actually picked up some new members during the lockdown.
Mr Tobin said new people are always welcome and people interested in the club can join an online meeting to see what it is about.
"People who would like to learn about Toastmasters - it is all free - they can log in and see what it is all about, and maybe they would like to join," he said.
