The daily Mental Moments show, which ran for a week up until World Mental Health Day on Saturday, was broadcast into RFBI's 22 aged care centres across NSW and the ACT for their residents and frontline workers and families who are unable to visit because of COVID-19.
As well as celebrity guests, music and performances, the show featured live crosses to RFBI villages - and it was Bathurst's turn last Thursday.

The local village's volunteer Pat Alexander performed I Love To Have A Beer With Duncan (which he wrote, but which was made famous by Slim Dusty) and staff and residents showed off their coloured hair.
It was part of research institute Neura's (Neuroscience Research Australia) Colour Your Hair for Mental Health fundraising challenge.
As well, Bathurst's segment on the program featured an early celebration for resident Olive Harding's 105th birthday.
"The residents thoroughly enjoyed it. They had a wonderful time," RFBI Bathurst lifestyle officer Seru Zanco said. "It has been a great initiative from RFBI."
Ms Zanco said residents came together in the lounge each day last week, with morning tea, to watch the Mental Moments show and see the various villages featured.
RFBI CEO Frank Price CEO said the show was important for a number of reasons.
"We want to start the conversation about mental health for the aged as well as highlight the exceptional work done by our aged care workers who have been caring for those most at risk during a time when everyone is concerned for their own health," he said.
He said it was RFBI's way of showing that it was caring for the carers.
