The city recorded no new cases to 8pm on Friday, which followed no new cases in the 24 hours beforehand.
The one new case to 8pm on Wednesday, later confirmed to be a non-resident who had come to the city for work, followed four days of no new COVID cases for Bathurst.
That leaves Bathurst with 15 active cases and 40 recovered cases, according to Member for Bathurst Paul Toole.
The news in the latest coronavirus update was not so good for neighbouring Lithgow, which had eight new cases to 8pm on Friday.
Some of these cases, Mr Toole reported, were connected with other families in the Lithgow area after being tested.
Mr Toole reported that there were 483 daily tests for Bathurst on Friday, which was well up on recent numbers.
