Zarb's The Soul Express will steam into Keystone 1889 on Saturday, February 5, en route to the Adelaide Fringe Festival later in the month.
Following a sell-out 2019 Sydney Fringe debut, Zarb said she's thrilled to be bringing her unique blend of wit, charm, and neuroses to Bathurst audiences.
"The Soul Express is a one-hour comedy cabaret shining a light on first-world problems we all go through, and how we're all figuring out what it means to be human in 2022," she said.
"It touches on everything from procrastination to perfectionism, anxiety to red-hot rage, and even my big addiction to Candy Crush."
Zarb will be supported by local musician and comedian Sammy Taylor, and guests will be treated to a two-course meal included in the ticket price for those seeking dinner.
With mental health a key topic in The Soul Express, Zarb said she will be donating $1 from every ticket sold towards Lifeline, which Keystone has pledged to match.
"Cabaret's such a great format to touch on a wide range of sensitive topics, but at the same time, you want audiences to walk out feeling uplifted, seen and heard," she said.
"You want audiences to laugh, be surprised and feel like they're part of the show, but there should also be room for deep thought and shared experience."
Zarb's performance will get underway from 6pm. Tickets cost $70 for the show and dinner and $30 for only the show. For more information, visit the Keystone 1889 Facebook page.
